On the 8^th of July 2012, Rio de Janeiro Marathon 2012 will be held. This exciting sports event, world-famous for boasting the most stunning scenery, is divided into two parts i.e. the races taking place in the morning and the marathon dinner for all the dedicated participants, held in the evening. More than 10,000 runners gather in Rio de Janeiro every year to take part in Rio Marathon that features three different races; the Marathon, the Half-Marathon and the Family Run, as well as a category for wheelchair users and the disabled.
